The Charity
We are an official NZ Charity, you can check out our website at www.livemoreawesome.com & this entire event is for two things; To raise awareness about the terrible state of depression that so many people in this country suffer from and to also raise money for the charity so we can move ahead with our initiatives in 2013 to help people with their depression without the use of drugs.
We want to help you to take control of your life and your health. Eat better, drink better, have more amazing friends and DO EPIC SHIT. We want you to have the best life possible for you no matter where you are currently.
We want to help you to Live More Awesome.
We're attacking this a bit differently – out in the sun, giving people a goal, helping them exercise, all with like minded people in an environment where it is ok to talk about depression and inspiring them to ask for help. These facets are scientifically shown to be hugely effective in this battle.
the slides
On the 23rd & 24th of February 2013 your minds will be blown! The slides are being built on private land in Helensville, thirty minutes North West of downtown Auckland, a stunning little spot if we do say so ourselves...
We are building a grand total of THREE slides. The World's Biggest Waterslide is 650 metres (2133 feet) long. Yip. That is long. And, it's down a massive hill, so it will also be fast. IT. WILL. BE. EPIC.
The second slide will be approximately 80 metres long. This will have a jump at the bottom to send riders hurtling through the air into a pool! Excitement overload!

We have a secret line up of top NZ DJ's a music acts spearheadeed by the wonderful George FM.
Skinny Mobile will also be providing us with a 50m x 25m inflatable Soap Soccer pitch. Soccer has never been this cool.
Redbull are also coming to the party with all their fun and entertainment awesomeness.
There will be a multitude of food, drink and icecream vendors present to quench your needs, or if you feel like bringing a picnic and looking after yourself then that's all good too.
THIS IS A NO ALCOHOL EVENT. Anyone that brings alcohol will be asked to leave.
